Note : Orders can't be cancelled after being dispatched.

Returns-

Return is only applicable if the product you received is damaged and broken.

You'll have to make 360 Degree Video while unboxing the product.

The unboxing video must clearly show the parcel being opened for the first time with the packaging label and with the product still inside its original packaging.

Then only we can proceed with exchange or Refund.

Returning the item to us would be totally your responsible in both the cases. You'll have to pay for the RTO CHARGES. Whether you want to get it exchanged or you want the full refund. RTO Charges will be 10% of total order or If RTO charges are being applied more than 10% then you will have to pay that amount which will be provided after calculating it to you.

Refund will be processed and credited to your original payment mode within 7 working days.

Exchange - 

We provide exchange only in case of damaged product received during transit. Return shipping is on us in case of damaged product received.

In the case of missing items, 360 Degree Video will be required.

Note: If you have any issues, raise the query within the first 24 hours of receiving the product.

Note : If rto charges are being applied more than 10% then you will have to pay that amount which will be provided after calculating it to you.
